Upon calling Ty, I sensed immediately that he would be very responsive and be able to not only sell our house quickly, but help us in our search in finding a new home. Even though he is very busy, he made us feel that we were his top priority. He can and does juggle many balls at once. Every call was returned promptly and every effort was extended to accommodate us. His knowledge of the area was very helpful. He understood our needs with regard to a new home and location.
