My Listings Section
Although not yet completed, I’m redesigning the My Listings section to include a dedicated page for each of the cities and neighborhoods I serve including, Alta Loma, Brea, Chino, Chino Hills, Claremont, Corona, Diamond Bar, Fullerton, Glendora, La Habra Heights, La Verne, Ontario, Phillips Ranch, Placentia, Pomona, Rancho Cucamonga, San Dimas, Upland and Yorba Linda. If you’re looking for properties only in a specific community this is where you might want to begin your search.
Buyers & Sellers Section
My real estate website will be providing comprehensive information about my services in the new Buyers & Sellers section. Including better search capabilities for local real estate listings in the San Gabriel Valley, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Including, a Property Organizer where you can create a personal login and save your favorite property listings right here on the site. The Buyers & Sellers section also has a new Valuation Request Form for sellers looking to have a home evaluation completed before you put your house on the market. This new section also contains my real estate articles and blog posts containing a Home Guide for Buyers & Sellers with sections on Tips for First Time Home Buyers, Planning to Sell a Home, Home Market Conditions and Home Value Appreciation articles.
Property Search Section
My real estate website has a new Property Search section with basic and advanced search tools designed to assist you in locating your perfect dream home. This new section includes, a map search where you can search by map, zip code or refine your map search using a set of listing features. Every home listing will contain a local school map, “walk score”, property mortgage calculator and buttons where you can schedule a showing, request more info, share property listings with your social media friends, email it to friends and family or save it to your personal favorites list here at TyWallace.com!
Don’t forget to create a personal login. You will be able to save all your search listings and check back a few times per month for timely and informative articles. Expect to see articles about how-to home upgrades to more in-depth articles about local neighborhoods and the real estate market. These articles will give you a better understanding about how and when to buy or sell your next home.

Lots of real estate websites offer features like these where you can access information about properties on your own,… what’s missing is the “personal touch”. Being an experienced local realtor who has lived in the San Gabriel valley all my life, I’m able to share my personal insights and understanding about local cities, neighborhoods, area schools, and amenities that will add vital information to your search you can’t find anywhere else.
