On a personal note I have lived in the community my entire life, since 1964. Growing up in Diamond Bar, in which my parents still reside, I bought my first home in Chino and currently live in Phillips Ranch. My beautiful wife (also a realtor since 1990 and a notary)and I have recently had a new addition to the family- a healthy baby girl- in early 2006. We also have a 12 year old girl from my wife's previous marriage.
My education consists of honors graduate at Walnut High in 1983 and a bachelor of science degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Law (FRL) from Cal Poly Pomona in 1989. From there I started my real estate career at the busy corner of Diamond Bar Bl. and Grand Ave. in Diamond Bar, Ca. Nineteen years later I still have an office at the same location and am doing better than ever. I now have a brokers license which enables property management and the ability to open my own office.
